‘If I cannot do great things, I can do small things in a great way’ – Martin Luther King
If you have been following my blog for a while, you’ll know that it’s all about the tiny tweaks. Sometimes it’s the little things we can do to improve our health through diet or fitness, sometimes it’s about ways of being more positive or optimistic. Every Saturday I hope that something I write inspires you or gives you the encouragement to make life just that little bit better.
I’ve been going to a dance exercise class for the last few weeks and our lovely teacher tells us to be fabulous, to own it. I love that! We are not all destined to do great things but just like Martin Luther King says, we can do small things in a great way. I come out of that class feeling fabulous; the positivity, the encouragement and the general feeling of wellbeing that dancing gives me, make it a highlight of my week. It’s a small thing, it’s not going to change the world but those 45 minutes fly by and I come out wanting everyone to feel as positive as I do.

That’s what I hope, in a very small way, these tiny tweaks give you each week. A bit of encouragement, a positive frame of mind, something that makes you smile. Whatever it is, I really hope that you find something that makes your week that little bit better.
So I thought it was a good time to have a little recap as it’s been a few weeks now since I started my blog. Hopefully, if you’ve tried any of the tiny tweaks already, they have become a habit and you’re feeling fabulous! But in case you missed any of them, these are all the tiny tweaks we have talked about so far with a link to the relevant post.
