It’s been a while since I did a friendship post so today I wanted to celebrate my amazing friends! Life isn’t always easy and, like everyone else, I have my good days and those that are not so good. There have been quite a few of those not so good ones recently but my friends have rallied round, kept my spirits up, provided practical and emotional support and been truly incredible. I hope that everyone reading this has got friends (and/or family of course) who do the same for them. Enjoy the quotes!

I hope you love these quotes as much as I do and can relate to them. Before I finish, I thought this one was funny although I truly hope this never happens to anyone!!

For our tiny tweak this week, is there someone you haven’t checked in with for a while? Someone you’ve been meaning to call but haven’t got around to it? If we haven’t spoken to someone for a while, we cannot know what they might be dealing with so maybe today is the day we could check in and make sure they are OK. We all need friends and sometimes just a quick message to say “Hi, how are you?” could make all the difference to someone. It’s also really important to be our own best friend and treat ourselves as kindly as we would treat someone else.
