They say the human body can lose over 50% of its body parts and survive. But it depends on which parts, and which body’ – Jan Ellison

I came across some of these facts whilst doing some research and I had to know more! The human body is amazing and there is so much going on that we will probably never know about. Enjoy!

We also need to give them credit for all the hard work going on behind the scenes, so how about a positive affirmation as our tiny tweak this week? Some examples are ‘I love my body and all that it does for me’, ‘My body is a miracle’, ‘I choose to respect and honour my body just as it is’ and ‘I am thankful for my body’s strength’.

Until next time xx
